A Compassionate Guide on Your Journey Toward Healing
Therapy is not just about overcoming difficulty. It is about understanding who you are, rebuilding resilience, and creating space for meaningful change.
I offer a warm, confidential, and culturally sensitive space in English and Spanish, tailored entirely to your story.
Why I Became
a Therapist
My path to psychotherapy began with a fundamental belief: every person deserves to be heard without judgement.
Drawing on both my Colombian roots and my life in the UK, I appreciate how culture, identity and lived experiences can shape our inner world.
I became a therapist to help people navigate life's challenges, rediscover their strengths and build fulfilling lives.
“I didn't become a therapist to fix people. I became a therapist to remind them of their own strength and offer a safe space to find their way back to themselves.”

My Therapeutic Approach
An integrative, evidence-based framework designed around your unique needs. Here is how we work together:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact to break unhelpful cycles and build practical, lasting change.
Person-Centred Counselling
A confidential, empathetic space to explore life changes and difficult experiences at your own pace, with unconditional support.
Integrative Therapy
Combining structured CBT with relational counselling to provide a personalized therapeutic journey tailored to your goals.
